    Default 3093 Mark II Transmission oil

    I am about to change the transmission fluid. It calls for Type A. Where can I find this? Do you have a recommended alternative?

    Do you know when the transmission was last rebuilt? Type A used to be/is equivalent to Dextron vs the old Ford Type F. Most of the time the new rebuild kits require Mercon-Dextron fluid but check with whoever is doing the work to see if they can tell.
