Brass Mark II ashtray

Hello to all. I was at a yard sale the other day and purchased a Solid Brass ashtray made in Indiana. The ashtray has a very large raised Lincoln emblem in the center. On the top it is engraved with Continential Mark II and on the bottom it has a name engraved. As a 30 year Ford and Lincoln dealership employee I just wondered if this was a give away to a customer after purchase or if it was made as a gift for someone in Lincoln Division. Any ideas would be appreciated and value of item would be great. Thanks

That IS cool! I would think it was a promotional item, but can't say for sure.
