LOCATION OF SERIAL NUMBERS The serial number in the Continental Mark II appears on a brass plate on the forward left hand hinge pillar. It a1so appears on three places on the frame; (1) In the engine compartment on the top of the left frame, just to the rear of the voltage regulator, (2) on top of the frame forward of the left rear wheel and (3) on the rear rail of the frame under the trunk floor.

Attached is a picture of the Serial Number on the top of the left front frame.

A lifelong friend purchased a modified Mark II about ten years ago, and I've registered here to provide some assistance to him.

Been reading as much as possible.

"Thank you" to everyone here.

Barry, can you direct me to a thread or link that instructs me where to locate particular "I.D." marks apart from the door "data tag" and the engine block numbers?

Thanks

The only other that I know of would be the serial number stamped into the frame rail near the rear.

I don't know of a specific thread on the subject.
