Thanks, Pat! Looking forward to getting my car and attending events this summer. We have some great momentum at Lincoln right now, but I can't even begin to tell you how important the Mark II is to us, both in honoring the history of the brand and inspiring future work. Hope to meet many of the folks on this forum in the future.

JNW, we really appreciate your response, and look forward to your participation in our Mark II Community.

The Forum is an outstanding source of Mark II support with over 8,000 searchable technical, historical and informational threads. In addition we have members who are always willing to help other members. The heart of the Forum is our SEACH FUNCTION which is the window to our treasure of information.

You have joined us at a time of upgrade and transition and ironically our SEARCH FUNCTION is, very temporarily, only partially working. Obviously, getting that back on-line is our highest priority.

We try to maintain the histories, as much as possible, of all 3,005 Continental Mark II's.

For example, this is taken from the OWNERSHIP HISTORY of your #2551 in our Registry.

OWNERSHIP HISTORY:
1956 Principal Motors, Inc. Monterey CA
1956-?? L. Selater-Booth
1957-1993 No History Found
1994-?? Elmer J. Davis CA
1996-2001 Paul Haagsman Belleair Shores FL
2002-2004 Charles J. Pickering Germantown TN
2004-2018 Triple F Automotive LLC Fort Worth TX
2018-2019 St Louis Car Museum St Louis MO
c2020-2024 (or later) Sean Rositano Morgan Hill CA
2025 No History Found
4/2/2026 Joaquin Nuno-Whelan Ann Arbor, MI

We always ask new owners to provide any additional (or different) information they may have obtained when they purchased their car.

Do you have a copy of 2551's original Continental Division Invoice to Principal Motors? Also we would appreciate current photos of 2551, so we can add them to the car's history.

Thank you very much. ...And welcome to the Mark II Forum.
