Looking for a source for truck lid insulation material

Does anyone have source for correct or almost correct truck lid insulation material?

I don't believe anyone makes a direct replacement. However, there are a number of choices of top material used on '30s cars where the roof is a wood framed insert. The back side could easily be slit to match the pattern of the orginal. Also, there's Battleship linoleum that's perfect for tooling like for block printing. The original material absorbed paint like it had suction behind it. I'd recommend tooling the surface to your satisfaction and then misting on a very light layer of the body color paint before adhering it.
