Default Passing of Dick Clark

The passing of Dick Clark reminds me that he was at one time a fellow Mark II owner.

About two or three years ago, a fellow on E-Bay had a 1956 Mark II that was once owned by Dick Clark. In the ad, he had a 1961 Pennsylvania registration card in Clark's name. The address was one of the fancier apartment houses in Philadelphia, the kind of place Dick Clark probably would have lived in in 1961.

Does anybody else recall seeing this ad? I wish I had written down the VIN number, but I hadn't yet discovered this forum.

Time does fly!

My memory was that he wanted crazy money for it, but I forgot how crazy.

Thanks.
