    Will someone pretty please explain to me why 12 is a full set? Seems to me only four windows go up and down which in my mind should require eight. Two vent windows swing rotate. Help me out here please.

    indeed, every window requires three glides, two are holding the window and the third is connected with the door (door window) respectively with the body (quarter window).
