    Default Brakes

    Finally i have my dream car!! Lots of work. The car has sat for years. Starts up. Brakes are locked up. I need help on where to purchase parts for the rebuild brake system. I want to convert the fronts to disc if possible. Please help. I live in Charlotte nc. Any members live in this area

    Do you have a modern double reservoir master cylinder? If not, now could be the perfect time to upgrade. If you choose to keep the original master cylinder and wheel cylinders, White Post Restorations are amongst the best in
    Resleeving/rebuilding. Other members may have recommendations on disk brake conversions. Desert Classics Inc. and Axel Holm once offered disc brakes in the restoration process. I believe they used circa 1973 Mark IV disk brakes at that time. Many options. Good luck. John
