Default Any Tips on Removing Dash Cigar Lighter

I was able to get both door cigar lighters to work after finding some wiring issues and one Thermo-Fuse was in need of some simple work (needed to be squeezed a little tighter around the small tabs and insulator). I want to remove the dash lighter and see why it's not working. Not planning on smoking in the car but I like to think if it's there it should work, and besides these are now "power ports"!

I have the Mark II Technical Book but it only shows the wiring diagram. I'm wondering if the lighter comes out by unscrewing something easy, like the trim ring on the dash, or do I have go up under the dash by removing the dome light switch, and antenna switches and the associated metal plate?

    Any tips are appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

So I found some new Thermo Fuses and changed the one on the dash lighter. It was getting power but as soon as I pushed the lighter in the fuse would open and cut the juice. Did it from under the dash so i still don't know how to remove the lighter, but now I don't care!
