    Thanks John! I did not need the heat on the red ones from 3340 - the glue had no real strength to it - but I do not know if the other colors react with the glue over time in a different manner. Somewhere I have pics of the pieces when I did this...

    Thanks, John,

    I tried grabbing the plastic piece with plyers and then hit the plyers with a hammer and still couldnt get it off.

    I bought new plastic pieces from Mark Ii Enterprises in case I have to destroy the plastic piece to getit apart.
