    Here it is a true one of a kind a very very very rare find i have here a 1956 lincoln continental mark II this car is one of only 3000 ever made and is very very hard to find look these cars up there were only a little over a 1000 sold in 55 and 56 with the last 400 sold in 57 this these cars are very sought after by the collectors this car has been sitting in the garage for a long time i dont no if the motor is good or not it does have a hole in driver side floor as i could see i do have keys but could not get the truck open so i dont no how much rust if any is in there the body of the car is still pretty good also the interior will need work pretty much this car will need a good restore but its a investement that will only go up i think the motor is a 368 but could be wrong u are buying car as is were is what u see in pics is what u get and YES I DO HAVE A TITLE buyer will be responsible for pickup i will be selling this car with no reserve last bid will own it i will require a 1000 dollar deposit with paypal non refundble at the immediate end of this auction also u have 5 days to make the rest of payment and must be cash in person at time of pickup if u need a little etra time u may call me 24/7 at 8122233374 donny is my name also if u would like more details as well and plz do not bid if u are not serious and or dont have cash to pay for it thankyou and happy bidding and have a blessed day

    Hey members, Check out the picture in post of taillight on left of car. What the hell is that, a vent tube for the gas neck????

    My guess would be a mount for an old two way radio antenna --- ??

    The car looks to have been set up for a supercharger. Note the pulley at the front and the bracket. Also there is a disconnected fuel booster pump at the rear frame rail and a bypass valve on top of the engine to the right of the carb. Also note the Boost and pressure gauges above the ventilation controls.

    That is VERY interesting. I wonder if a T-Bird supercharger mounts that way. I am going to find some pictures, to see.

    Yes it does. You can also see the brackets for the linear air cleaner on the back of the intake. You can see the mounting position in this picture of a 57 bird at Daytona. It has the dual quad setup but the single carb setup was not much different. The long tube of the air cleaner is hidden by the cowl from this vantage.

    Mark are you crazy enough to do another? We have enough parts between the two of us...
