Default Any pics of Mark II ('57) with the D19 Special Order exterior color?

Does anyone have a picture of a 57 Mark II with the D19 special order paint exterior (Med Blue Iridescent)? My car was D19 but was repainted a darker blue, probably to look more like the Liz Taylor or William C Ford car . I'm not even close to being able to repaint it yet but would like to see what the car originally looked like.
I've found a low-res pic from one sold in 2014 that I think is it but it has a white roof. The second pic is the color of my wheel which shows the D19 color I'm looking for. I've been trying to use my imagination based on the color of the wheel but I'm just not getting there.

    Terry:
I know you asked for pics. Here is also the info on the color library if you decide to repaint it the original color. Good luck. John

Thanks Pat. That the best picture I've seen yet. Still a fairly low res but it was likely taken years ago before today's super-duper hi-res phone cameras. I really like the D19 color and it's iridescent quality. Looking at the link John provided about sources for the color library it looks to me and I've always been told that the 19 code was new in 1957 models. The 1956 paint codes John points to, end with 18 and then the '57 codes go up to 22. Yet I was checking the production database to see how many cars had the D19 code (59) and there were a bunch of 1956 cars listed with that paint starting with C56G3160. It looks like it was a special order color as early as May '56?

Terry, it's important to understand that from Continental's standpoint there were no 1957 Continentals. There were just Continentals that's why all the serial numbers start with C56.

The 1957 designation came about because of a dealer lawsuit which required Continental to differentiate between 56's and 57's.

What we call 57's was the result of product upgrading, cost controls, & re-engineering that Continental did and not a new model. The features all didn't occur at the same time (modified frame, engine upgrade, new colors, vinyl/leather interior, different rearview mirror glass, different hood, etc.)
