Can someone tell me what this throttle linkage part attaches to? part number 9725.

Part 9725 is bolted to the battery holder support bar that is over the transmission and which in turn is bolted to the fire wall.

I have the battery tray, but there is another part, a support bar that attaches to the firewall?

Oops, my mistake. That looks like the bracket that attaches to the manifold.
