10% discount and free shipping enticed me to order all the stuff necessary for my new carb on the Mark IV 460 cid.
I'm going with an Edelbrock 1411 electric choke 750 cfm. Had to order several adapters for the throttle linkage, adapter plate (sqare bore to spread bore) etc. I'm keeping the stock air cleaner as it has a cold air input which I think is desirable.
The old carb was ok once the car got started. It has 80 K on it and cold starting was bad.. but its not worth a rebuild and fussing with fixing the chioke. Easiest route is going brand new.I might be able to get it done this weekend.
