Only 2,000 miles and it it looks super fine. Any idea what the "reserve" might be?

Hang on. If the car only has 2000 miles, why new interior and rechrome. The drop down exhaust does not seem correct as in 56 and 57 exhaust came through the bumper. Also 57 not as popular as 56. Old Car Price Guide has a 1 at 39,000 for a 56 and 33,000 for a 57. There is a four door on ebay with a starting bid of 25,000 so I think reserve would be 25,000 but that is on the high side. If you love the car a good deal is 19,000 to 21,000. After that you are in the middle of the price range as this in not a 1. Gary

I'm always leery of cars with heavy undercoat as it will mask a lot of problem areas. I'm not sure if it's a through bumper exhaust as I don't see a place for it but I wonder about the rear coil over shocks as they may be hiding a sagging rear end.

I did some research and it appears the exhaust does not come through the bumper. Does not change my opinion. Also upholstery does not match pattern on photographs of 57 that I reviewed. Gary]http://i869.photobucket.com/albums/ab251/crystal5959/649d3591.jpg

Yet, here is a photo of upholstery in another 57 Lincoln Premiere so I do not know which is the correct pattern. Garyhttp://i869.photobucket.com/albums/ab251/crystal5959/b228c21d.jpg

Here is another of 57 upholstery. They appear original. I give up. Garyhttp://i869.photobucket.com/albums/ab251/crystal5959/0ef042ed.jpg
