This car is a DSO with padded visors. It's also a rare example of the buttons not being the same color as the biscuits.

"needs a little work"....thats an understatement....wonder if the case of Popov Vodka comes with it?

looks like a kit car. All your have to do is but it back together, while being mindful of all the rust. It will take a brave individual to tackle that one.
Although the hubcaps look nice.:)

I like his comment "FIFTY THREE YEARS OLD, SOME WRINKLES ARE EXPECTED"
It better come with a case of Vodka-a few drinks of courage may be required:) Anyway I have seen worse condition belly button cars restored so maby this "Old mans car with few friends" deserves a second chance;)

Does the hood ornament look funny on this one? And the plastic bottle underhood?

I hope it sells at 8k that pushes the value of mine up...:D

Here's another one on eBay.

Looks like an excellent driver and it's asking price is $32K with a "Make an offer" option. I'm guessing that an offer in the high 20's takes it.

This one's been listed before and I believe it may be a Dr. George car.

Gary:

This is Dr George de Goicoechea who restores Mark II's. He's down in Ft. Lauderdale. Do a search on "george" and you'll see the various posts where he is mentioned.
