Does anyone know of a shop that repairs cracked exhaust manifolds?

I think Mad Scientist might have one. You're better off replacing it, rather than fixing it.

I can attest, from personal experience, that Barry is correct; it's very difficult to have a good result trying to weld a cracked manifold (esp. if it involves anything near where the manifold goes flush to the engine block).

I had a pair, but they have been sold.

How to weld cast iron. First you need to get the entire piece red hot. Then weld the crack. Then allow the piece to gradually cool down over a period of hours.

Now with a little luck the repair might hold, but don't count on it.
