Hello,
I'm a mechanical engineer and a Ford/Lincoln/Mercury enthusiast. Have owned (and restored) C56S3858 (Eleanor Ford car) since 1989 and am a long-time member of LCOC, LZOC, AACA and a couple other marque clubs. Other cars currently in the garage include a 1998 MK VIII Collectors Edition, 1974 Pantera GTS and a pair of 1995 Thunderbird Super Coupes.
I do most of my own work, have written some technical articles for various clubs and have contributed to authenticity manuals, including the Mark II.

Hello Kevan from the U K I agree with you about the similar lines of the 220seb mercedes. I own a 1966 250se coupe and when I look at it in the garage it reminds me of the Mark 2 I have owned three of these Mark 2 and certianly hope to get another . I am a Mark 2 freak and always have been since I saw my first one in Minden Nebraska in 1970. I was 18. Working on a 220A Mercedes with a webasto sunroof. When it is done I will start the search for a Mark 2 Good Luck on the Mark 2 search. I am coming to the uk next year to see a long time friend ,hopefully you will have your Mark my then possibly I could view it . I never tire of this car it is a timeless machine .
