You have to join the National to be a member of the Region. I joined because of the Regional members, not the National.

I joined LCOC just this year. Just after getting my car then joined the Western Region. I'm more interested in the Western Region and hoping to see it built up. I just received the roster for the Region over the weekend and I'm impressed with the number of Mark II's.
As Groucho said, "I don’t care to belong to any club that will have me as a member". In this case I've made exceptions.

I looked through my catalogs....oldest I found was 86....but I recall my dad and I joined when my parents gave me their 59 Lincoln Capri in 1970. They thought my interest was a curiosity as the car was considered an old ugly behemoth. Still have it in the same garage.

Joined last year when I bought my car. Previous owner hooked me up with a year membership. Now that I think about it, its up for renewal. $42.00 per yr. if anyones interested.

My Mark came with the LCOC license plate frame. Have the frame so maybe I wont need a kick:p
