got a radiator the shop says is leaking and since he can't find a new core, he cannot fix it. Does anyone know of a good radiator repair shop in the virginia area?

Hello Roger,
I am in Norfolk, VA and we have a very good radiator shop here which has done several MKII's. But my good friend Bill Bowman is up there in Colonial Beach and he has all kinds of antique cars and boats and probably knows of s shop closer to you. Look him up at Stanford's Marine Railway, where he keeps a couple of boats. He is generally there during mid week.
Also, please call me....there are vey few MKII's owners here in Eastern VA.

Keith,
Thanks for the info. Sorry I was late in checking the forum, the holidays slowed me down. I did find a shop the Manassas area who, after retreiving the radiator from the first shop, told me all it needed was cleaning and he would have it finished by early next week. If that doesn't work, I'll truck it down to Norfolk!
I don't know Mr. Bowman, which is strange since Colonial Beach is such a small place. I would like to track him down and find out what he has in his collection. I will call you early in the week and we'll talk about the Mark 11's. Again, thanks very much, I continue to say this is the best auto forum on the net!
