http://homepages.ihug.com.au/~cusso1/sold my mk v.jpgWell, after 8 yrs of basically doing nothing except changing battery,s and recently removing gas tank for major cleanout, replacing rear exhaust ststem and spring bushs, i realised i will never get to do full restoration on this classic, so i sold it to only other lincoln devotee that was only person that answered add. A bit sad as they are unique, like the MK 11,s but i can keep going with nearly completed rebuild of 66 mercury cyclone gt convertible. Then theres the 57 ranchero, have kind of ignored it the last 5 yrs and is ready for paint. While all this has been going on, i havent registered my newly aqquired 60 Premier landuau, which is a nice restored go anywhere car.regards bill.:)

Hi Bill
Looks like it's in nice condition, well done
The market is pretty flat at the moment I have my 60 J code tbird for sale and my 66 Charger and not a question on either. I don't need to sell them just time to rotate some cars

Thanks richard, yes economy is flat the world over, but was not a matter of having to but just a decision that came to mind once i started working on it recently, at least it takes the pressure off for a while, i do have my eye on a car i,ve been trying to get for years but am seriously asking myself do i really need it? crazy isnt it.:)

This seems to be a buyers market unless your selling something practical like a Honda or something. If you like a car and if you have the money, go get it. Besides, the world is supposed to end in 2012 anyway right?
