Roger, what do you know about this car?
I know almost nothing. Attached is a picture of that car I did in 1983 while I was near Geneva. André Schneider came to our mutual friend, Yann Saunders (Mr. Cadillac). I remember that I did a small electrical repair to that Mark II. It was the sole time I saw the car; I don't know if André Schneider is still in Geneva.
As you can see, the front license plate is GE 1944 U. The "U" means that this is a profesionnal license plate which can be used on any vehicle. Therefore, the Mark II was effectively not licensed at that time.
Mr. Schneider is standing between my de Ville and his Mark II.
