As far as I know there is presently three Continetal Mk II's in Denmark, they have all been imported within the last 20 years or so. I dont think any was sold here when new.

One is owned by a friend of mine, Henning Meyer. He is a former real estate broker now retired, with a huge car collection of mostly american cars.

He owns a white 1956, it could use a bit of restoration all over, but it is a nice sound car.

There is also a light blue 56, that along with the fantastic looking black 57, both was imported to Denmark in the late eighties by big time car collector Damgaard-Nielsen. Damgaard-Nielsen used to own the only official Ferrari dealership for all of Scandinavia. He once told me that his rearend was not shaped for a Ferrari, so he took a liking to the softly sprung American cars, of which he used to own a lot. Lately he has begone selling out of his collection, and that is why his two top notch restored MK II's have found new owners this year.

If I run into the owners of the three cars, I will let them know about this place.

I will try and attach pictures here, if it doesent work you can go to my album and see them right here (http://johnnybgoode.myphotoalbum.com/view_album.php?set_albumName=album07) and here (http://johnnybgoode.myphotoalbum.com/view_album.php?set_albumName=album02)

These cars are just so beautiful and come in such tastful colors. However none look better than the one in black. Just can't beat an all black car especially the "special" cars like the MKll. Thanks for the pictures. Pete

There's a white Mark II convertible in Sweden undergoing restoration now. It's owned by a secretive collector who's first name is Bo. It's serial number doesn't match the missing H & E convertible's C5681120 serial number.
