G'day from Down Under,
I had some luck in obtaining one RH wiper arm (though it has some wear). I still require a correct LH arm. I am happy to purchase a pair. Let me know what you have . Even the elbow only as I have a couple of old parts arms I can modify.
Regards. Quentin

Quentin - Maybe I'm stating the obvious, but I assume you're aware that the wiper arms are available from Mark II Enterprises if you can't locate another source.

G'day Doc, Yes I emailed them . He has fully rebuilt ones for big $$$ but he still requires a core if you buy off him.
I'm hoping to pay $60 to $120 for a good usable pair. I'll buy singles.
Thanks for the heads up. Someone must have one out there.
Quentin.

According to Buddy Holiday... 1953 Cadillac arms are interchangable.

According to Buddy Holiday... 1953 Cadillac arms are interchangable.
In the Cadillac parts book, there is the reference "Trico 87560", part number 1459274 for the regular Cadillac models. LH and RH arms are identical.
Eldorado models have the reference Trico 87856-1 & 87857-1 and the GM part number RH: 1460368 & LH: 1460367.
In the Mark II master parts book, there is no Trico reference, but I see that LH and RH part have a different part number. Therefore, in my opinion, the wiper arms from the Mark II are not identical with the ones of regular Cadillac models. If they are identical with the '53 Eldorado models, well, good luck to find one, they are scarcer than Mark II!

I guess maybe not when Buddy was doing this in the 70's. I think it was in the Mark II Encyclopedia. Oh well. Perhaps one of the two for the other models was a match.

Good call with contacting Russ Upton. He should be able to help.

I heard Russ sold out. Did anyone else hear anything to that effect? I tried E-mailing him a few months ago, but I never got a response back. I hope he's OK. Russ is a great guy and an asset to LCOC.

G'day Nick,
I got a reply from Russ but he did not venture if he was still in business. He didn't have any arms. So I am still on the hunt.
Regards. Quentin.
