Jim,
this is obviously a staged photo....look at the wind turbine farm in the background!

My guess the Mark II pictured is a trade in. I have the feeling the photo was taken at a L/M dealership around 1967. There is a 1967 Ford to the left, and an 1967 or 68 Cougar behind the Mark II.

Looks like Martin Scheen ... but probably just a "cool" car salesman happy that he took in a mark II on trade
check out those TRIPLE stripe whitewalls ....
just a 10 year old used car ...
US Royal Dual 90s, aren't they?

Nice pics! That last one looks like it was taken at the old Naber's Cadillac dealership here in Cost Mesa.

I'm not very smart on those cars..... is that an '69 LC?

It's a '70 or '71 Mark III. It has concealed wipers, so it can't be a '69. It was a fairly nice successor to the Mark II. I have a custom-made convertible Mark III.

I came close to buying a '69 a month back. A beautiful car, but I didn't take to the light green color. Also the little oval windows on the sides turn me off.

The Mark III's didn't have the oval windows, the Mark IV's and V's and VI's did though.

You can blame Iacocca for the ugly portholes. Luckily my '77 Town Car doesn't have them.

Barry, the guy I bought my Mark II from owned that one's twin for years and it had the opera delete also. It was triple black as he was nuts about black cars and told me he almost painted the MK II black but the deep grey was pretty so he left it alone. His even had rear discs. I'll have to show him yours. That is a beautiful car.

I've had mine for 8 years. It only had 12,800 miles on it when I got it. It now has just over 20,000. It still smells new inside.

Thanks for the "oval" window correction. I know I was looking at a '69. I must have picked up the ovals by looking further at other cars when considering the car. The big turn off was the color..... a light minty green. Also $19K was not attractive either.

Yes, back in those years, green and gold were the rage in car colors.
