Well now I have the car I'm building the garage for it (list that under the topic of bass ackwards...) So does anyone have any preferences on car lifts that work well for servicing these cars?

Also any ideas on must have stuff/tools/equipment?

These cars are pretty simple. Basic hand tools and a simple socket set is all you'll need.

I have a 4-post lift, but I do most of my maintenance and repair work on the ground with jack stands.

What make is your 4 post lift I am thinking of parking my '64 Continental below the Mark most of the time. Space is gong to be limited.

My lift is 10 years old. I don't remember the name. 4-posts are pretty worthless for working on cars because the ramps are so wide. Used 2-posters are pretty cheap with all the dealerships closing.
