All the MKII parts have been sold
I have a lot of parts that I salvaged from my old engine. They are all guaranteed to have 50K miles on them and have not been used in the last 40 years. However at that time they were known to be working parts and they still maybe, but I would look at them as being good candidates for rebuilding.
So if you find a bunch of things that you just cannot possibly do without, make an offer. My main goal here is to clean out my garage and not retire to the Bahamas from their sale plus if these parts can go to a good home where they will treasured for what they are so much the better.
spark maker $15

Grrrrrr! I have to go back to work tomorrow for 2 weeks! I'm drooling at those heater valves with the pipes attached. My pipes were cut off with scabby plastic valves put on when I got the car! I got a feral fitting and cheaper will fit valves on there now! The hood liner would be a welcome addition to my hood as well. I got the newer stuff from Jack, but it just doesnt look right to me. It looks ok but.......
Not to mention how to get this stuff to Canuckastan:(

I'd like to buy the following items:
washer jar/pump, wire loom, headlight bezel clips, alum wire ties, oil fill tube (if it come with a non-vented cap, water pump, battery hold down tray with retainer, intake manifold, A/C relay.
Can these be packed so that the heavy items are in different boxes than the glass jar?
How do I pay? Money order, cashiers' check, personal check, etc.
Is is at all possible for you to do the packing rather than PacMail? Otherwise those charges might easily cost more than the items....Glass jar of course needs special attention and overpacking.
We can talk on the phone to discuss details as well....757-440-9544
Thanks!

Hi!
Maybe you saw my introduction and my desire to build a scale model of the Mark II. If not already done, please don't delete the pictures of the parts already sold, they could help me a lot for the construction of the model. If you agree to send me pictures, I will provide an e-mail address to you.
Thank you,
Roger

Hi: Owned my Mark for 28 years and certain things are starting to go. Among them is the solenoid for the fast idle. Would sure like to buy yours!

I still have this valve. But as I mentioned the vacuum side appears to be leaky, the electrical side works fine.
The vacuum diaphragm is replaceable.

The fast idle A/C vacuum valve that I had rebuilt by Jack is not working. Since I know it's getting vacuum and the wire to it gets 12VDC when I turn on the compressor the problem must be in the part. BTW don't rely on the pricing in the catalog... it was about 40% more... check with him on the pricing before you send one in.

The fast idle A/C vacuum valve that I had rebuilt by Jack is not working.
When you apply the 12 volts you should hear the solenoid valve click as it pulls in. Although it is not real loud.

Thanks Mad... no click.. it's dead.

I will weigh them and get back to you with the shipping.
note: The Drivers side comes complete with two broken studs.:( But there is enough sticking out to get a pair of vice grips on them.
Also the heat raiser has already be sold.

OK I have a special deal :D here on a idle solenoid with a leaky diaphragm but it has a clicky electrical solenoid. I just tried it.
It is held on with two screws, should be easy to change.
But I would take yours off first and see if you can clean it up. I would guess it is just stuck and a good cleaning should unstick it.:)

Your suggestion sounds good and easy, but I paid Mark II Ent about $125 to have mine rebuilt so I'm not going to tear into it. Rather it's going back as per warranty.

The oil pump is gone and as of this morning the timing cover and cylinder heads went to our local garbage pickers.
Still have the bell housing and vacuum lines, and coil.
Also not shown I have the heater control valves, engine connecting rods, push rods, front brake backing plates with wheel cylinders and old shoes, positive battery cable, and an air cleaner. Plus the radiator, it works has no leaks but was to small for my engine.
