A/C trunk unit

I don't use the a/c in my car, 'cause I never put the top up, and, my compressor seized. What's under the hood looks real pretty, so I'll keep it, however, I'm thinking about removing the monster in the trunk, to regain some trunk space. The convertible top stores where the unit normally is. On my car it intrudes into the trunk 18". I can't even get a set of golf clubs in there.

I'd sell the unit if I could get $500. Any less and I'll probably hang onto it.

I already tried. He wants to make a removable hardtop. He might need to install a lift in his garage.:D

I think I would keep it. You can still get parts for the compressor. Even if you dont use it it's nice to have! Maybe you should give me your car if you are going to talk foolish like that (Maybe I'll change it back into a coupe:cool:)

I would keep it. With all this global warming that is fluttering to the ground you never know when you might want it. :rolleyes:

No, it's never been hooked up. The restorer never finished it. It's just dead weight the way I use the car. Might enjoy getting my trunk back, too. It's all there, that I know of. I'll take pictures.
