Does your transmission shake the whole car with a violent bang when accelerating?
After spending $1,900 to have the engine and trans taken out and reinstalled and $800 to have the trans rebuilt, I had the same problem.
Upon further investigation it was discovered that the pressure regulator, accessible through the transmission pan (without taking the engine out) was sticking, allowing way too much hydraulic pressure to build before it cut loose, shaking the whole car.
Anyone else have this problem?
