Victor,

As I stated four posts above,32N, Yellow caps and buy the overlay from Rosen. You have to paint the star and writing yellow, unless he's selling them already painted now. This is correct for the Mark II.

The reproduction 32N's all say power punch, but that will be facing the firewall since the Negative cable on the Mark II is on the driver's side.

Nick: Thanks! Yes, I forgot you mentioned the yellow caps, but I did not get it on the Continental panels.

Because of the reasons explained and the picture of the acid damage, there is no doubt that I will go with a non-acid battery. The only ones I have found with the correct measurement are the replicas of the Ford Power Punch, which will then have to be covered with the replica panels (pitty, isn't it?, as they also look nice with the Power Punch signs).

Here is a pic of my engine compartment, with an incorrect battery and incorrect cables. I bought the correct cables now, and I will get a battery to consider my engine comparment finished. You will notice the missing hood lamp, as my mercury unit was broken, so I am trying to find out how to get it working again.

Thanks
Victor
